More than 20 new hires in the last 3 months alone
Kallinchen, 6 April 2021. Energiequelle, an international project developer and operator headquartered in Brandenburg, broke the mark of 300 employees with the hiring of six new colleagues in April. Almost half of the employees are based in Kallinchen, Brandenburg, 125 employees in the 10 other locations in Germany, 9 in Finland and 30 in France.
Energiequelle began in 1997 with three employees, and 20 years later it had grown to more than 200. Due to strong growth in the last four years, the number of employees has already risen to 300. This year alone, Energiequelle has 21 new hires so far.
At the same time, the company is proud to have many long-standing employees. Five 20-year company anniversaries have already been celebrated since December last year. Another 20 percent of employees have been employed by the company for more than 10 years. Long-standing colleagues receive advantages such as additional vacation days and bonus payments.
Michael Raschemann is proud of the growth and atmosphere in his company: “Despite the size we have now reached, we have maintained a family atmosphere and a sense of personal interconnection. This is very important to me and brings us together in our common mission.”
Energiequelle has connected more than 750 plants to the grid and operates more than 1,400 MW. By 2024, the company wants to gain a foothold in further countries and continue to drive its growth.
